The service

FollowerSeek provides creator search and follower audit tools for brands and agencies. These terms apply to your use of followerseek.com and the subscription plans offered on it. By signing up you agree to them.

Plans and billing

FollowerSeek is sold as a subscription. Plans are Scout, Growth and Agency, billed monthly or yearly. Yearly billing is shown at 50 percent off the monthly price. Prices are shown in US dollars before any taxes that apply.

Subscriptions renew each period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from account settings. The plan runs to the end of the paid period, and fees already paid are not refunded.

Usage limits

Each plan includes allowances for searches, audits, saved lists, seats and exports per billing period. Usage counts when it happens. Deleting an audit or a list does not restore the allowance you used.

What an audit is

An audit is a calculation based on public numbers and comments supplied by you, compared with benchmark bands. It indicates risk, it does not prove that any person or account acted improperly. You are responsible for decisions you make using it, and you should not present an audit result as a statement of fact about a named person.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to harass people, to infringe the rules of the platforms you research, to attempt to access other accounts or to resell the service without our agreement. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other users at risk.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted access. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the current billing period.
